Here is a revised version of Adam's version.. I have toned down some things, and referred to the reporters rather than Buzzfeed itself.. and tightened up and expanded the last section on my possible inadvertent verbal transgressions. This is still a work in progress and needs to be handled very carefully if it is not to inflame the community, and possibly incite more false allegations either by the Buzzfeed reporters, or others in the community.

Davis responded that the Marchant case was "uncharted territory" for the NSF and highlighted gaps in communication between different branches of the NSF—gaps the agency is now trying to plug. She stated that every sexual harassment case reported to the NSF now will be coordinated with her office. She also affirmed the NSF's goal to be more proactive in documenting cases, disclosing that the agency was made aware of a university placing a faculty member on administrative leave pending an investigation just this past Thursday. Within two hours, Davis said, her office had assembled a team to look into the matter and updated its database with information about the case.

Last Thursday was also the day that Buzzfeed News begun to blacklist Krauss from their events.

Sun Devils Against Sexual Assault, an survivor-activist organization at Arizona State University, did however start a Change.org petition yesterday, pressuring the university to fire Krauss.

"Arizona State University has protected faculty sexual predators for decades," Jasmine Lester, an ASU alum and director of the organization, told Gizmodo via email, referencing past incidents when ASU professors have been found to be sleeping with their students, "but we hope that with so many witnesses and victims speaking out the ASU administration will make the decision multiple peer institutions have made to ban Krauss from campus and protect students from sexual violence."

sorry, you were advised to stay indoors while the storm passed. you repeatedly went outside and put up some poles. we now have to focus on the poles not falling on the house. selective damage control. congress, nsf. adam wrote that he was your litigation counsel. you will need to address. why universities have RESTRICTED your access. in the past. forget about defamation allegation. libel. slander.
