I have attached a letter pertaining to your scheduled appearance tomorrow, Wednesday October 1st at the VI Department of Justice to collect your DNA sample. As explained earlier, prior to the scheduling of your appointment, the FBI Laboratory-Federal DNA Database Unit was contacted and reported to the VI Department of Justice that your DNA sample is not on record. Therefore, you were contacted and an appointment was made.
