Fwd: 2016 MB Maybach
Richard,
Further to our conversation yesterday, we have cancelled deal# 3043352 for the 2016 Pullman.
Deal# 3045057 will remain active for the 2016 5600 Maybach, Jeff will hold order placement #7.
Furthermore on 06/10/14 we charged $2,500.00 deposit per purchase agreement. Yesterday (06/11/14) a refund in the amount of $2,500.00 was processed for cancellation of deal# 3043352.
Just to reiterate, originally there was a bit of confusion as it was understood two vehicles were being manufactured, 2015 5600 Maybach, released in 1st quarter of 2015, and 2016 Pullman.
Two purchases agreements #3043352 & #3045057 were generated and deposits charged.
Our product specialist department clarified that only one vehicle will be manufactured. The "Pullman" now referred to as the MB Maybach, 5600X (long wheel base). The long base offering an additional 8" in length, an exclusive vehicle. Towards the end of November 2014, MB will hold a press release for the 2016 5600X Maybach. Shortly after the ordering banks will open up, at which time orders can be placed to your specifications. Delivery is anticipated approximated 4.6 months later (Between March —May of 2015). To sum it up, delivery of 2016 5600X Maybach will be received in 2nd quarter of 2015.

Not sure what you are referring to, my only =hought is that the articles states it will be out in 2015, =owever does not specify that it will be a 2016 model.

Checked up with our inventory manager on the =aybach, factory still has not opened up the ordering.
We are expecting it to =e before the end of the year.

Car updates
Maybach - mid December is timing for when orders can be taken is Teresa's guess per email below
STC Denali - production to begin 11/24/2014 per dealer and they are now projecting late Dec / early January
NY Escalade - production has not begun on any 2015.5 Platinums as 3,000 air bags were recalled and they are fixing that issue salesman would not commit to a date but it appears also to be late Dec / early January
