I understand the desire to put out a definitive statement, and obviously this is your decision to make in consultation with your lawyers, but I think there are some real risks to you by personally attacking and getting into this level of detail. First, the Florida lawyers have shown no hesitation in filing lawsuits, and they very well may retaliate against you for attacking. Second, they will likely use a detailed statement like this to justify seeking discovery (interrogatories, depositions, etc.) from you in the lawsuits that are already pending. Third, the statement as drafted leaves open as many questions as it answers, and therefore will not likely put an end to these stories. To mitigate these problems, my recommendation would be to issue a general denial along the following lines:
The allegations made against me by the woman identified in court papers as Jane Doe #3 are unequivocally false and deeply offensive and hurtful to me personally. I have never engaged in the type of inappropriate conduct that she alleges. I intend to report these false, damaging, and unfair allegations to the press complaints commission, and I will not further participate in the tabloid media circus that these absurd allegations have created.
