attached is quote broken down by area, materials and labor master bedroom pricing seems out of line..and i will call tomorrow to negotiate..
master materials for 1,000 sq ft = 76,670 estimating 26,670 of material pre costs then cost per sq ft is still $50 for 7" widths this compares to Chillax material (see quote below) of $14.23 per sq ft for 5 widths
i was told they would like to begin work April 1st and finish no later than May 4th they will bring down a 2-3 man installation crew and then 2 finishers for master which will need 3 applications materials from master will be ordered from holland and take 1 week to arrive in FL if we want to use same material for cabanas 1-4 we will need to decide asap so that 1,654 additional square footage can be ordered as well..
