attached is quote broken down =y area, materials and labor master bedroom pricing seems =ut of line..and i will call tomorrow to negotiate..
master materials for =,000 sq ft = 76,670 estimating 26,670 of =aterial prep costs then cost per sq ft is still $50 for 7" =idths this compares to Chillax material (see quote =elow) of $14.23 per sq ft for 5" widths
i was told they would like to begin =ork April 1st and finish no later than May 4th they =ill bring down a 2-3 man installation crew and then 2 finishers for =aster which will need 3
applications
materials =rom master will be ordered from holland and take 1 week to arrive in =L if we want to use same material for =abanas 1-4 we will need to decide asap so that 1,654 additional square =ootage can be ordered as well..

not yet quoted however based on material and labor cost for =aster it appears that it will be 1.5 - 1.75x master cost or 107,000 or =60-180k..
waiting on brice to send pictures and floor =tans with dimensions of cabanas as Luis did not view on visit
