its like trying to have a kid in less than 9 months. you can buy one. already made, but its not yours. sorry, I suggest laying out milestones for you and your team. first month... third month, cabinet ready. 6 month, doj, resolved. 9 month, david resolved. 12 month, take private. 15 month, restructure. along the way, estate re-do. trusts. hotel. (cannot enter into a long 4 season contract when so weak.) it goes on forever. we should replace our hotel team asap.
