The sworn affidavit filed today =y Jane Doe #3 is totally and categorically false in relation to me. &=bsp; I reiterate, as I have already said under oath and publically, I have=never had any physical or sexual contact of any kind, or at any time, with Jane Doe # 3 or any other under-aged person= Nor have I witnessed any sexual conduct of any kind, or at any time= with Jane Doe #3 or any under-aged person. Although Jane Doe #3 studiousl= avoids providing any times or dates for the activities that she alleges she engaged in with me, nonetheless, l=am confident that I will be able to prove by documentary and other evidenc= that they could not have — and did not — occur.

There are numerous other misstat=ments and mischaracterizations in today's submissions. I will address th=se in detail in our Reply submission. I once again challenge Jane Doe # 3 =nd her attorneys to stop trying to hide behind the litigation privilege and to state openly and publicl= the allegations they will only make against me in court filings.
