I wanted to share my thoughts regarding Oren,. after two flights, I have come to the conclusion his pilot skills do n=t overcome

his lack of personality.

After you spoke with Oren during todays flight, he returned to th= cockpit and bluntly asked me if I knew if you were going to confront him =bout his Domestic dispute issue. I informed him, that I did in fact know o= this issue, and felt it wasn't my place to prep him for your que=tioning.

Oren mentioned that he would hope in the near future if we hired him t=at I would feel comfortable sending him as captain with a contract Pilot w=thout me on board, I'm not sure why he would even bring that topic up.=

I remember Tim Staehle from the Limited always told me to h=re the person

first, and the pilot second.

he's fine as contract CoPilot, but I don't think I could live =ith him.

just my thoughts at this time
