Re: Noam Chomsky
Dear Sam,
Noam has requested that we look into a discrepancy o= his behalf regarding a RMD distribution made on January 22, 2015 in the a=ount of $187,000. He states that he has been unable to determi=e where these funds went. In your records, it shows this distribution was made to the Noam Chomsky Revocable Trust an= then subsequently wired to his checking account. Noam states that a=deposit was made into his checking account on that date in the amount of $=0,000, but not the full amount. We can also see from your records that distributions totalling $150,000 were =ade from the Noam Chomsky Revocable Trust during the period of January 26,=015 — February 4, 2015, which may account for some of these funds,=but not the total, and none of these distributions show a wire/deposit into the checking account. We are unable to go a=y further in our investigation as we have no other records to check.
Please let me know with whom on your team I can coor=inate to look into this matter so that we can provide Noam with full detai= into the disbursements associated with the $187,000 RMD. Thank you, in advance, for your assistance.
Dear Noam,
In response to your recent request my paralegal, Jayne Mahoney, has re=iewed the records you sent us and the records in our possession and i have=reviewed her findings. With the materials we have available we are not abl= to reconcile the numbers. Therefore I suggest that I send the email below to Sam Bain to see if we can get to =he bottom of this. Please let me know if you approve of this email.
Thanks,
Deborah

Richard Kahn's i=quiries led to the discovery of errors that have already led to a $267k pa=ment to me from Bainco.
Noam
I am not sure Deborah why you have claimed conflict =ith either you or gene landy . As our attorney your claim of conflict seem= inappropriate. We have already received over a quarter of a million=dollars from Bain
