I spoke to Rich yesterday afternoon about your desire to reduce my mon=hly pay.
When we first meet, you asked me how much I charge and I told you $150=per hour plus 25% of the net purchases. You spoke of a full time position over several y=ars and we discussed a range of $200,000- $225,000 as a ballpark but I clarified that that depends on =he amount of work required.
We only spoke of your mansion but that you had other properties that w=uld need work over time.
Starting work on your project back on september 15th I was asked to co=e up with some ideas and then a full proposal for the first floor of your 71st street mansi=n. First you agreed you would give me a $1000 for a quick one week presentation which i worked on diligently a=d presented on the 25th of september.

You then told me to continue working for another week to begin to fine=tune the ideas but that it was a good start.

On September 30th you called to offer $15,000 a month to put together = complete proposal for the mansion and added that I should go see several apartments on 66th street to of=er my opinion of the existing furnishings.

I meet with Sue that day and saw 5 apartments besides hers and was giv=n the preliminary order from Artefacto which was a jumble of choices. I spent the whole week workin= on the orders and layouts while still working on the mansion presentation.

October 4th I meet with and was told that the order w=ll now be for all 10 of your apartments.
Within another week while putting together ideas for the remaining apa=tments, your Palm Beach property was added to the list from Artefacto as well as complete renovations o= the apartments with Anthony and Penn along with continuing to work on your presentation, I then began const=nt communications with Artefacto, Rich, Daphne, Anthony, over the full series of orders to be p=aced and a list of the work needed on each apartment.

I presented a full presentation to you on October 23rd and was told th=t I was contracted for another month to fine tune the ideas from the presentation including pricing, work on t=e apartments and the Palm Beach house.
At my suggestion to you about wanting to see Artefacto's furniture=in person before I felt confident ordering over $400.000 worth of I product I had never personally seen, l flew d=wn to Florida. At this point I am working over 60 hours a week, right through most weekends.

November 2nd you emailed your request for me to fly to Little St James=to see about additional work which I did within days that included the four cabanas. You wanted ideas as soon a= possible which I produced over the weekend. You then wanted a more formal presentation which I began work=ng on along with coordinating the construction with Anthony and meeting all of the trades required f=r the mansion project for quotes as well as continued coordination with Artefacto. I voiced my difficulty keeping =p with the volume of projects all moving at the same time and how hard it was to keep up at this rate.

We meet again on December 1 and you stated that you were in fact addin= too much to my plate only to come back at me two days later for not doing what you wanted. I had full pr=cing for you for the mansion project which was rejected and then wanting completely new ideas. The following week=l was away on a vacation that was booked back in June before I meet you which you did not pay me for but=that was not expected.

On my return I hit the ground running producing a full schedule for al= of the construction at 66th street along with keeping tabs on the custom chairs ordered for the mansion, on top of t=e constant communication between all involved with the apartments, their renovations and the palm beach=house. The chairs were ready by christmas as you requested only to have them wrapped while the gold leafing was =eing done through the holidays.
I quickly gathered numerous images for the cabanas as well as for the =ansion, all of which you rejected.

By the end of the month I was knee deep in the 66th Street apartments =etting coordinating out of 10B, with Penn, Anthony and Andrew to get that apartment finished along wit= dealing with Artefacto and their upcoming delivery to multiple apartments. That happened on January 6th=and 7th and was very difficult because Artefacto sent additional things and the delivery crew could not compl=te the delivery that week.
Several things came in damaged and wrong so I set out to document the =hanges. I began to work on the housewares orders for the apartments with as well move her out o= 10N along with the additional orders for Palm beach from Artefacto with

You wanted a schedule for the housewares which i promptly produced and=then said was useless, you wanted quotes.
So I got those together along with adding new mattresses for all of th= apartments. After - went to see them I was able to present that quote along with multiple quotes from =BC for sheets and towels at different price points.
All the while still working non stop for you which included sorting our the next wire payment for Artefacto from the barrage of paperwork they generated and their upcoming delivery to 66t= street on the 24th and 25th of February.

Penn and Anthony are finishing up l0N this week which is the third apa=tment renovated in 3 months, deliver extremely quick by New York standards.They are ready to start 11P this=week. Crate & Barrel is ready to this week and the beds can be delivered on the 25th if Artefacto in fa=t makes the delivery schedule.
I covered all of this history to illustrate that I have gone above and=beyond the original scope of work.
I have devoted my full attention to you and your many projects through=these past months and I feel that I deserve the full monthly payment especially with what I =ave to coordinate and supervise for the remainder of this month and through next month. If you want to negotia=e a lower fee for less hours after that we should discuss that.
