The LOI needed some cleaning up due to the nature of the sale. I don't think it would qualify as needing work.
They have been dragging their feet and eventually someone showed up. When you and I first discussed it, we were the only game in town.
The other buyer doesn't have a signed deal, but has spoilt ours for now.

No Export CofA required as already N Registered.
The Buyers have all of a sudden surfaced and Aircraft have started trading.
In 21Days I lost 3 Aircraft as I was too late getting to the correct Number.
