lets have a call early afternoon if possible to review Phaidon structure and bens notes. I recall there being a chart of Phaidon structure but it did not include cash movements with specificity. ie where did the money go - flow - with precision to location and amounts etc. (I don't know what the word "Papered" means! and if there is "paper". I would like to see it. documents that reflect all debt, payments cancellations, purchases, decanting etc. all entities and their officers, directors etc. signing authority, filings made, required in the future.
