Contract makes refer-rice to an Export C of A and requires Purchaser to pay the costs to get the=plane to qualify for an Export C of A, but N registered? Contract makes reference to delivery in Europe? If N registered, the= why Export C of A and European delivery?

Contract is keyed to=Buyer's acceptance in a number of places when it is Buyer who is m=king the offer and it is the Seller who must accept.

$3.5 MM deposit seem= high for a $28,500,000 price.

No penalty to Seller=if they refuse to make any discrepancy corrections; only get the deposit b=ck; we should get inspection costs and transaction costs if they refuse to make discrepancy corrections. No provision f=r a second flight test to check discrepancy corrections

Hours and Cycles on =he Specs are from May 2014 and need to be updated.
