An offer has come in overnight from a Chinese Buyer and it is attractive, I am told.

Seller would prefer to sell to US Buyer but if we don't shift gear fast enough we'll be out of this race.

Contract makes reference to an Export C of A and requires Purchaser to pay the costs to get the plane to qualify for an Export C of A, but N registered? Contract makes reference to delivery in Europe? If N registered, then why Export C of A and European delivery?

Contract is keyed to Buyer's acceptance in a number of places when it is Buyer who is making the offer and it is the Seller who must accept.

$3.5 MM deposit seems high for a $28,500,000 price.

No penalty to Seller if they refuse to make any discrepancy corrections; only get the deposit back; we should get inspection costs and transaction costs if they refuse to make discrepancy corrections. No provision for a second flight test to check discrepancy corrections.

Hours and Cycles on the Specs are from May 2014 and need to be updated.

For disclosure purposes, we need to know if it is a back to back transaction. Money laundering laws are very meticulous now, especially with a Swiss company. We would prefer to buy directly from the current seller.
