Very strange! Maybe Marc Leon of Kensington Properties made a huge fuss! I will check. I am having lunch today with Hal and his family at his home in the Palmerie (called Jnan Tallaght). Hence my concern over his situation. Needless to say, I will say nothing about it!

I am incredulous that he turned down an offer of 48m for that house. Given the whole situation in MENA for the past three years, any sane person would have jumped for joy and accepted it. The guy must be a little crazy?
