I called the plant to see about product=on on your requests... Let me first tell you that any custom o=ders for any colors takes a stander 4 to 6 weeks.. The process 4k=A0goes this way.... first we have to meet our standard production of=Black bumpers for our distr: and our dealers.. once that is done we now ca= take time to set up the injection machine, for white..... We have t= order out the color from our resin foam company, that takes a week to get=sometimes longer, It takes about half day to change over black to white.. =e waste about 3//4 of a drum of resin used to flush, that cost is pa=sed on to you, labor and material used. A 400.00 charge per custom color=E24114) The resin has to be blended with U/V additives for yellowing 4>=A0we spray in a TOP U/V paint that bonds to the urethane resin once inject=d into the mold....This is a pain staking process. With all that inv=ked we normally tell our customers 4 to 6 weeks.
