As discussed yesterday I am sending you the final legal docs (i) incorporation certificate, (ii) charter and (iii) proof of existence of the newly established Austrian Verein, International Peace Institute.

David will follow up with you and the potential donor with procedural steps for the "equivalency determination" in order to facilitate US donations to IPI Vienna directly.
