Hi Richard,

Been told by our staff in New York that the maid has=been refused to access the apartment. We acknowledge to move out on =he 13th of February, but I don't understand how we can pr=pared this moving if our staff do not have the access to the apartment.

Please let me know, if we can send the maid.
