Today, Neoteny 3, LP (the "Fund") is making a capital call in the=amount of 100% of each partner's subscribed interest, as of the Initia= Closing Date (March 31, 2015).

Pursuant to Article 6.1(b) and (c) of the Amended and Restated Limited Part=ership Agreement of the Fund, capital contributions are due upon not less =han 10 Business Days from the date of written notice from the General Part=er of such capital call. As such, the Fund requests that partners send the=r capital contribution by wire transfer or by check (details below) at the=r earliest convenience, but no later than April 16, 2015.
