April-June: studying toefl, exercise, driving license, later June-July: Acting school

July-August: school summer program or internship + learn about accounting

September:

Option 1:

• If I manage to get 100 at toefl in June. finding accredited school and then transfer to US

Could I go to NYU if not in September since you know the director ?

Option 2:

If I don't get 100. Starting work experiences (internships) until I find something I like.

Option 3:

Finish my current school...

Instead of grand plans which you never follow why don't you start with one week plan and actually do it. All else a waste of thought time. You are spending your time planning and yet to have finished one task well. Sorry
