Attached are the preliminary drawings for the new Maintenance Building. Let us know if you want assistance on soliciting proposals from steel building vendors. The structure will be designed by the successful vendor, so it is important to select one now. At this juncture, we can also apply for a CZM permit as soon as you give us the "green light" on the preliminary drawings.
