Do you still have an interest in Jupiter Island estate? I just got some inside information that she is hurting financially and that prices can be negotiated.

I have a few ideas of how a showing (and potential purchase) could be arranged, bypassing the problem we ran into earlier.

Let me know. I'd love to see you get take over that estate
