Grilled Shrimps (heated)
veal paillard (heated) =/div>
Fillet Bronzino heated ( add vinegret )

fruit=, berries: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries no blackberries. They sh=uld be firm and not mushy.

Also the assortment of des=erts that they normally get will be just fine.
