Speaking of the Dante, Alan Halperin and I were just=talking about preparing a use agreement for it, subject to your view/feedb=ck.

Debra is a beneficiary of all four of the kids =99 trusts that bought the Dante through the new LLC they formed rent-free (called and DD=1 requiring LLC), so the we LLC could to maintain set up a insurance use agreement on it. between My understanding the LLC and is that Debra, the allo=ing Da=te will Debra be kept to use at the 760 book Park.

let me know what you think and, if you agree, we wil= move forward with a use agreement for the Dante.
