just so you know.. Miltenberg is not the only one we are contacting.. The group Foundation for Individual Rights in Education has contacted me.. someone I know in Aspen works with them, and they are having someone call to advise us.. you can look them up.. thefire.org. And a lawyer from a large firm who was on the board of the bulletin reached out to me today, so I will talk to him about this as well.. and I have contacted friend at law school at ASU (first amendment lawyer) for advice on attorneys who know about title IX.
