i spoke with mr epstein and he said the job is yours if you can do 28,000 i called a few time today to review please let me know if we can proceed and i will sign contract and send 50% =eposit on monday how soon can you begin and how long will job take?

i was only able to ne=otiate a 1.9% discount after you approved job for 29,464.60 to 28,900.00 f=r work in staff house contractor says work will take about 6 days but =annot begin for 4 weeks please advise if ok thank you
