just so you know.. Miltenberg is not the only one we are =ontacting.. The group Foundation for Individual Rights in =ducation has contacted me.. someone I know in Aspen works with them, =nd they are having someone call to advise us.. you can look them =p.. thefire.org.= And a lawyer from a large firm who was on the board of the =ulletin reached out to me today, so I will talk to him about this as =ell.. and I have contacted friend at law school at ASU (first amendment =awyer) for advice on attorneys who know about title IX.
