Today, Ann promised=me to help me sending the photos. The final treatment on the co=umns is, as the decorations on the columns were waxed for decades. Now, th=s leaves the marks on the surrounding areas, so when you look at=them, looks like more work was done to the columns. This is quite radical =reatment, as I did many times in Connecticut. Well, many custome=s asked me to distress the surfaces on the top of this, but I did not do a=ything like this in the Library. Here are the photos, and please give me

no no no no no, the columns shout= be quiet. too much dark wax in patterns on the columns =he dark areas need to be toned down. alot. =hy is the globe half dark and half light. ???? it should be al= dark and shiny
the colums by the doors especially , loo= awful and like a barber pole. of dark and light. only the figures =hould be differentiated and not perfectly. . what woudl i hav= to do to tone down the wax. . wipe it off. cover it. l=made a sample when i was there of the column by the window. it is ap=rante that the one by the door is not close to its subtle ness 4k=AO why is the globe half done?
