Rich D. was able to confirm with the captain that there are no foreign accounts (see below).

Also, Eileen A. confirmed to Rich D., that she is not a signer on the Phaidon foreign accounts.

Since she has no financial interest or signature authority, she would not have to file.

Rich has also asked the UK CFO to confirm that Eileen is not a signatory, just in case she may have forgotten that she signed something...(they don't think she is a signatory).
