I looked through it. =AO It seems that about 90% is showing off how much mathematics he knows, w=th little if any application to any problem in the natural world. I nat=rally looked longer at the parts on language. Lots of grand claims a=out what he will show, but no indication that he has a clue even what the =roblems are. Lots of references to Kanzi, Piranha, Lenneberg, etc., but without a hint of comprehension of what is a= stake.

I'll take another=look, but on quick survey it seems to me a good example of what mathematic=ans shouldn't do.
