I felt terribly when I read your email last night. I have not been functioning on all cylinders and even though he was a lawyer I shouldn't have been that open with him. I don't think he focused on it—was more interested in convincing me to go with him I think. His last email was more conciliatory but anyway I don't think there is a real reason to have him talk to you on sat. Do you agree?
Am awaiting a call back from the woman lawyer from Phoenix.

I would have liked to be a fly on the wall to see what he might have said to convince you his method was the way to go and to listen to your response but will let him know today that no need to call tomorrow.
