I'm extremely disappointed and upset that Peter would use his fri=ndship/power if any to try and get anyone fired for their own personal rea=ons. I have never met anyone in my life as arrogant, manipulative and bad =inded like Peter.

I know that you really like Peter and that he's a hard worker but his b=havior and disrespect towards others are really uncomfortable, I expect th= other landscapers to vouch for Peter because he brought them here.

If you do decide to let someone go whether it's Jason or not, I would h=pe that they have been let go for something more serious than an incident =r an issue with Peter.
