I'm extremely disappointed and upset that Peter would use his friendship/po=er if any to try and get anyone fired for their own personal reasons. I hav= never met anyone in my life as arrogant, manipulative and bad minded like P=ter.

I know that you really like Peter and that he's a hard worker but his behavi=r and disrespect towards others are really uncomfortable, I expect the othe= landscapers to vouch for Peter because he brought them here.

If you do decide to let someone go whether it's Jason or not, I would hope t=at they have been let go for something more serious than an incident or an i=sue with Peter.
