allenby, AO we split moving costs. i would like if possible for him to be her 28th and fly with my 29th to pb i will not be back on island before sept otherwise

i spoke with russell and leighton russell said he would pay out of his fee the 3,250 of moving costs russell's fee would be paid at 3,000 per month over 8 months =or total cost of 24,000 vs 35,000 (175k x 20%) i thought this structure gave us protection in case leighton did not work out

leighton is ok with all terms and will confirm later today or tomorrow that he can come to al 7/28 and then go to PBI with you on 7/29

the original apt we showed leighton and his wife was 10B which lesley said paul barret family member is currently using

apt 11B is currently vacant and i asked sue to take photos to show to leighton leighton also asked if he could begin moving his stuff into 11B next week
