Re: KaiserDillon
yes in principle. ,=C2 need to do my homework on him . etc.
Just had an hour consult with Justin Dillon of Kais=rDillon, probably the premiere Title IX firm in the country (you can googl= all the work they have done). He is presently doing 2 cases at ASU,=and it turns out he read
physics of star trek when he was in college and i= a big fan. He seemed excellent and knew just how the system works (=nd has already once forced ASU to end a suspension of a student because th=y violated his rights).
Anyway, we talked strateg= etc, and I am confident if I went with a lawyer to keep me in my position=at ASU they are the firm. They are not cheap though. $1SK reta=ner, and he expected the full process would probably be between $50-100K. =C2
Let me be blunt. Can you=help? I have already lost over $100K in speaking engagements this ye=r alone.
There is no one else I would ask =o bluntly, nor anyone else I will be absolutely fine with whatever the ans=er is.
