I meet with Anna and Danny Vicars daily to review inherited projects. I also meet with Anna and crews at 7:10 am every day to review daily projects
most of the materials were bought prior to me starting. Anna needs to communicate with me more. I have to extract information from her. Danny needs to act as a manager and review and inspect everyone's work. Today I discussed with both at length.
Today I reminded Anna and Danny that when items need to be replaced an approval by you is needed as you should be given the option to change and purchase what you want. (Example cabana 1&2 showers.)
I suggest that an email comes from Rich letting everyone know what the new process for purchasing is as I am meeting some resistance.
I will discuss this with Rich and get this under control and come up with a system that works for all.
I am open to all suggestions. I am trying to get much done without having a mutiny! I am finding some do not like change or being held accountable. Down the road once all information is extracted and put on paper we can deal with this if they do not change. I am persistent and will keep pressing forward.
