I just met with All American windows and shutters, I asked him to provide alternate pricing with options along with pricing to replace the front and rear doors.

He will be sending us an itemized quote with a brochure of the products they're proposing to use.

They are the company that did the original shutters on the house 10 years ago.

I met with Nutting Engineers this afternoon at 358 El Brillo and discussed the location of the soil boring test and the damage it may cause to the site. It will be sand from the boring auger on a large tripod of which we will contain on tarps. We discussed this work in detail with Janusz and he informed us Mr. Epstein may be visiting this week so I scheduled the work for the following Wed.

I have contacted all of my subcontractors and we should have all the work quotes ready for you late tomorrow afternoon.

The soil =oring test was complete this afternoon.

They made =t down 20 feet before they hit rock.

They showed =anusz and myself the samples taken every 2 feet. Their findings showed = layer of muck and also a layer of pete the first 13 feet. from 13 feet =own to 20 was loose sand.

They will take about 4 =o 5 working days to produce a written soil report and we will forward =t to the structural engineer for an evaluation.
