I suggest you see if you can manage to get some team building. The patience and skill to get things done with a limited labor pool was adequately explained. I knew that letting guy go, without danny fully on board would create problems and put it in an email to you. you told me that danny was agreed. however - appears otherwise. you have my support and confidence, but that is shy of alienating the work force. we are in the middle of much construction. I suggest that finishing the jobs as quickly and as properly as possible, be your first concern. even if you have to step back and let guy return. personnel issues can be dealt with AFTER construction is complete. doing so now while hurricane, roads etc are in progress seems silly
