after speaking to many people re alternatives. it appears none are even close to good, none. I think it comes down to the least suckiest. hence i think you should consider unilaterally imposing a solution, it would have two parts. you will send her the details of what you intend to do. (how and in what form that takes is to be discussed. ie text, letter, lawyers letter etc in person by your representative?) you will tell her that it appears obvious there is no further reason to meet. you have listened to her, and heard what she had to say, you will agree to be a gentleman and begin sending her money every month, this will continue for many years until you receive another threat from her or anyone else related to her. - we can either keep the amount at 100k per month, or initially reduce it to 60 increasing each quarter by 5k per month until it reaches 120k per month, (3 year breakeven) she will sense an increasing penalty for moving against you. it leaves you in no worse position than if she affirmatively agreed, the negative is recognizing that she can use this money to hire better lawyers, its better than having her cornered with no money. like with all prostitutes it's only about the money.
