Staging material, rocks and dirt at the log cabin have scheduled for today and tomorrow

We have been stock piling dirt for back fill and grade MH, unfortunately the track hoe broke down

It has been returned, company was unable to locate part. Another unit has been found from another company, we are waiting for confirmation on delivery date, Monday or Tuesday next week.

In the mean time the access road behind the MH to proposed new site needed work and a slight change of layout so dump truck was not continually driving over Septic Tanks located to the South East of Mechanical Building.

The storm water piping from the MH that goes under this road also need work, this work has been completed.

I will send Photos Friday of progress

Rocks will be added to south side of parking area tomorrow morning Herman and Leon will continue with finish grading, irrigation rough in, next week Wood for Steps from Parking area to Log Cabin has been ordered Steps will match Existing Log Cabin Steps

Load Tally to Date for Log Cabin

Rocks 12 loads to me, Richard how long to make level with the plan I produced originally for grading. I assume much of the work can get done whether you are there or not. I will come out late October to mark out beds so I hope grading finished by then

An issue that needs to be addressed,

Drainage, under the present plan/grade, in the event of a downpour proposed path material and small landscape walls will get washed away
