Well, this came in today, and this clarifies some things.= Particulary it is clear that this office is not really following any proc=dure and isn't out to deal with me in a way that respects my=rights. (no surprise to you!). Statements like "include, but=not limited to"? What the fuck is that? Also, it seems=clear that from the list of 'allegations' (and note they d=n't explain which ones they are actually investigating), that the =ist is basically the buzzfeed article.. so indeed they are not restricting=themselves in at least listing just university related ones (items 4 and 5=. and re 5, what the fuck? Who the fuck cares what an employee think= about a donor?)
ok, did you meet with the ugly wom=n attny? your quesitons will be public. so make t=em self serving and polite. dont tell her what she should do=C2 only ask respectfully and somewaht shocked. after years=of ....... i am now told for the very first time that. =C2 were these ever made at the time? =A0 etc

Justin is not ideal, but given t=e current situation I believe it is necessary to have someone advising me =ith more knowledge of rights and procedures. THey seem to flying by the se=t of their pants here, and will need to establish what is proper... While = am sure he would like to be at the first meeting, I don't want th=t, but I think he could prepare me better for that meeting. I am goi=g to email her with some more questions indeed.. will be peppering h=r with questions both before and during and after the meeting..
