Re: Allegations
Good morning Erin. Thank you for your note. I have a few questions.
I still haven't received the transcript of my last meeting with Naimah, which she indicated in her email of Feb 20th she would provide me at the time. Has this been sent?
In order to better prepare for our meeting, I have a few questions about what you wrote. I am surprised by the list you provided, and confused by the statement that the allegations 'known at this time include but are not limited to' just before you provide a list of general allegations. Does this mean that these are the ones you are considering? Also, do these comprise complaints made to the University or also allegations that appeared online? If a combination, could you describe which is which? What is the policy regarding treating online allegations, tweets etc? Is there a policy regarding the University's jurisdiction in responding to such and what my rights are with regard to such?
Thanks a lot for your attention in this matter.
Lawrence
Good evening Dr. Krauss:
The allegations outlined in my email to you have all been reported directly to the University.
The transcription of your discussion with Naimah Saadiq in February is not yet available, but should be by the end of this week or early next week.

I am worried about appearing alone.
