Jeffrey. Hope all is well. Would you=know an American or European Company that would be interested to prequalif= for large construction projects in Kuwait. We are looking for compa=ies with at least three prior projects each more than 300 million U.S.

My close friend in Kuwait has inside contacts and chances are good winning = bid because there are about ten projects for building new townships. Firs= one comes out for bidding in February. If you know any companies who can do this kindly refer them to me.
