A pleasure catching up with you this morning.

Attached is a draft engagement letter for your consideration. It has been approved by Perkins Coie and our internal counsel.

It would be helpful to have some address for Mr. Wade.

We realize that he won't be able to execute the letter, but I will sign the final letter and we will file it without his signature. It is not uncommon to do so.

With the letter are the wiring instructions for both domestic and international.

In November when we file our semiannual report, will need to file the source of the funds (father, mother, other foreign national, foreign business, etc.)
