Fwd: BBJ 30330 - Lightning Strike Data & Photographs
Good morning Larry,
Find attached the log entries and two photographs of the wing tip lightning strike that occurred in September.
It was only the wing tip that was hit. This is being replaced by Jet Aviation Basel now. I will follow up with copy of the Jet Aviation Log entry pertaining to this visit.
Previously there was another lightning strike to the stabilizer (approximately two years ago). This was addressed and there was a 12 year inspection conducted on the aircraft since then as well.

we know of the Asian buyer Mr. L Jung, and he is not a real buyer. Can you transmit the $25M offer, with a quick close to your BBJ seller? you can tell the owner that we will put $5 million in escrow immediately, if he wants a quick close.

We will convey your offer of $5M for sure. Please advise your projected closing date. Does your quick close include inspection or is this "as is where is" no pre-buy?
As I indicated, we do not believe an offer at $25m will be viewed as acceptable but I will advise.

Also, you can explain that most of the money that he recently spent is not to our advantage. as we will have to redo it. BBJ's as you know, are custom to their owner, we're not Russian. Good luck and keep me posted.
