- ID photo (for the student's ID card)
- German language diploma (level A2 or B1 for non-German speakers)
- Austrian insurance number (if available)
- Master's applicants (Bachelor diploma or equivalent university diploma in original including a certified translation in German or English)
- Tuition fee (payable at the cash desk in cash, with debit card or credit card)
- EURO 3,-- (for the student's ID card)
In the course of the admission procedure you will have to sign an admission agreement (minors have to come with a legal guardian).
After the admission you will receive a PinCode for the information management system, KONSonline (online.konswien.at), a copy of your curriculum and your student's ID card.
To live in Vienna: The (NAB) student dorm in Johannesgasse 8, 1010 Vienna offers rooms to students of the Konservatorium Wien University for a reasonable fee. Information about the dorm can be found on their website: http://www.oead.at/willkommen_in_oesterreich/tipps_zu_recht_praxis/einreise/
Please take care of a dorm room as soon as possible, they are in great demand.
Visa (for non-EU citizens — third countries): The admissions office can issue a confirmation of acceptance which you may submit to the Austrian embassy in your home country.

Sie werden in den Zertifikatslehrgang CoP (Certificate of Performance) aufgenommen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieser Lehrgang für 2 Semester begrenzt ist und eine Studiengebühr von €5.500,-- (2.750,-- pro Semester) eingehoben wird. I have first to go to the studen= office, bring documents and sign the contract. then I will have to take=the signed form to the cashier in order to be able to pay..
