I did not receive from you evidence that Steve's loans to the hotel are reflected in its books and records. Please provide the requested documentation as I fear a lawsuit between Steve and David would further depress the sales price of the hotel.

Also, please advise of the status of a potential sale and of the due diligence materials provided. Besides wishing to know on behalf of Steve and the other investors including me, I have a client who has over twenty (20) hotels worldwide and would consider looking into the hotel.

How does he access the due diligence material? Is there an NDA that needs to be signed?

David is working on Steve's numbers. He's in the middle of the annual audit and needs to get past that first. He fully intends to reconcile Steve's numbers and then we'll send it to Steve for confirmation. I'll pass on your request about the sale of the hotel.
