Bill Hammond has been offered to fly an Eclipse Jet for a person in Columbus= single pilot light jet. Bill prefers to fly with us, He only would be flying approx 100 hours a yea= on the Eclipse. He was hinting at full time with us or at least a rotation with Dave for him=to make a little more money. I need Bill to cover the Boeing at minimum.

Dave takes 3 weeks a year vacation, 1 week for GIV training and 1 week for B=27 training. I'm required a week for 8727, GIV and Bell 430 training each y=ar.

Should I tell Bill he should take the eclipse job, and continue to use Him i= his schedule permits? Or do you have another idea?
