I wanted to let you know that =oday in order to minimize the inconvenience to you. But I'm =appy to work with you on another date later this month.
It would be =reat if we could avoid getting off on an unnecessarily adversarial =oot, and I am trying to be polite while still making our position =tear. You cannot, consistent with either your own policies or the due =rocess clause, force Professor Krauss to have a meeting that he is not =repared to have. Rather than arguing about that over email and =nevitably escalating this to the General Counsel's office, I =hink our time would better spent finding a new date later this month =nce I've had a chance to get up to speed.
